We are committed to encouraging a relaxed atmosphere, but there are certain guidelines that must be followed in order to ensure a safe festival for everyone.

We ask that you abide by the following rules when attending Liberate this summer:


  1. Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots (licensed ADA assistants excepted). This will be strictly enforced.
  2. No fireworks.
  3. No campfires or grills.
  4. No outside alcohol, cans, bottles or chairs higher than 18" inside of the concert area.
  5. Attendees are responsible for personal possessions.
  6. No unauthorized vending - if you're not a registered vendor you cannot sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Violators are subject to confiscation and/or ejection.
  7. Audience and radio taping only (no soundboard patches).
  8. No video recording of any performances without prior written consent from the artist.
  9. No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs).
  10. Attendees are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the property

Festival goers must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE will be tolerated anywhere on the festival site or annexed properties. Anyone caught selling or distributing illicit substances will immediately have their wristband cut and be ejected from the festival. Further legal repercussions are likely. Your cooperation is essential to our future. We cannot stress this enough. Keep in mind that marijuana use is illegal as is under aged drinking. Please be aware of this and use common sense in order to maintain a safe and friendly environment for people of any age or background for years to come.

  2. Water
  3. Festive clothing and fun costume wear
  4. Your appetite for delicious and healthy local food vendors, Magic hat beer and wine!
  5. Money to buy music, merchandise, to donate to the healing arts practitioners and many non-profits, find great local artisan crafts!
